  1. According to the DCMS Cyber Security December Newsletter, victims of online shopping scams lost, on average, £1,000 per person in the same period last year.

    National Cyber Security Centre, with support from Department for Digital, Culture, Media, and Sport (DCMS), the UK Home Office and the police, have relaunched the Cyber Aware campaign to encourage the public to shop online securely in the run-up to Christmas: https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/cyberaware/home

  2. Global EPIC are thrilled to announce our newly elected working board for the upcoming year. Douglas Rapp has been elected as their new Chairman, Eoin Byrne and Bert Feskens are both working group lead for Business Exchange and the Soft-Landing Program.

    Tom Marshall is the working group lead for Fundraising and Partnership Development.

    Rafał Kolorz will be the Internal communications lead, Brea Woods, will lead the External communications working group And Ulrich Seldeslachts will be the website lead.

    As they move into 2023, the working boards’ goals will be to develop a greater global #ecosystem and offer unique opportunities through the soft-landing program, ensuring that they create added value for all members.
